Ingredients
150g butter/margarine
160g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
225g plain flour
200g chocolate chips or chunks
Put your sugar and butter in to a bowl
Beat till creamy and smooth
Add your egg and vanilla extract
Mix well
Add your flour and mix till it is a dough
Add your chocolate
Put heaped tablespoons onto a baking sheet
Bake on 200c for about 10-15mins or until slightly brown round the edges.
