The White Cliffs of Dover is one of my favourite places to visit. It is Owned by the National Trust and on really clear days you can see France. On the cliffs you can see Dover Castle which is just around the corner and is owned by English Heritage.

Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
150g butter/margarine
160g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
225g plain flour
200g chocolate chips or chunks
Put your sugar and butter in to a bowl
Beat till creamy and smooth
Add your egg and vanilla extract
Mix well
Add your flour and mix till it is a dough
Add your chocolate
Put heaped tablespoons onto a baking sheet
Bake on 200c for about 10-15mins or until slightly brown round the edges.
